This is the car in which I learned to love it. I'm very happy with it! Manual has been very fun and rewarding. To me it feels like something that I can continually learn more about and be challenged. Thanks for looking!
A quick snap I took today during a friend's photo shoot.

Thanks! It's peppy enough. Looking back to the day I drove it off the lot, I am surprised I am so comfortable with it. For a while, I was always nervous having to drive out somewhere. Now, I don't think twice about it.

I'm in a similar boat, and about a month in I'm still learning new things. Been messing with heel toe downshifts, when you get it right it feels fantastic!
Also, kickass Rio. I love little hatchbacks, and that's a nice one.

Yeah I've tried it a few times. Not sure if I'm doing it wrong, or the pedals just aren't setup right. Or I have small feet. It's fun though. Thanks!

In the Sonic for me, it's more like big toe little toe than heel toe, and even then it turns into big toe on brake, side of foot on gas.

Very cool! I was looking into the Sonic, but this popped up as it is a rare configuration. Kia offered about 400 of these in manual with SX trim in response to save the manuals campaign. Guy bought it, and returned it a month later because it was too small. So I picked it up "used!"
